Turn Times  What's estimated below might fluctuate.  Allow leeway & ask for some flexibility ahead of time from all parties involved in the transaction.  These tips help us remain fast:

  1. Submit recent documents only
  2. Scan, save and upload your conditions into 1 pdf file at one time
  3. If you submit after 3pm turn times begin the next day
  4. No rushes please. We work 7 days a week and almost around the clock already!
